You will be instrumental in standardizing and documenting processes across numerous countries. The position demands a proactive approach to process improvement and effective collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise standard operating procedures for global payroll.
• Ensure consistency in documentation across all regions and countries.
• Conduct periodic reviews of process documentation with regional leads.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and achieve best-in-class BPM.
• Provide regular progress updates on BPM efforts to leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in documenting business processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and drive process management initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Industry Experience: Experience in managing payroll operations across multiple countries is preferred.
