- Job Summary: This role involves leading electrical design projects, developing comprehensive drawings and 3D models, and ensuring all deliverables meet stringent technical and project specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with various disciplines, review vendor documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design efforts for project execution.
- Produce detailed electrical arrangement and conceptual drawings.
- Develop and maintain 3D models, coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
- Review vendor submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Extract material take-offs from design models and drawings.
Requirements
- Expertise in developing electrical models in eCAD platforms.
- Ability to create and interpret various electrical schematic diagrams.
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary design coordination.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is required for this role.
