- In this role, you will maintain and evolve essential data infrastructure, transitioning from established SQL Server environments to a modern GCP cloud platform. You will solve real-world technical challenges, contribute to process automation and develop your expertise in a highly collaborative setting. - The listed salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory data projects from gathering requirements to implementation
- Design, develop and maintain robust T-SQL stored procedures and SSRS reports to support core business operations
- Shadow senior colleagues to gain hands-on exposure to GCP environments with a clear progression towards independent cloud development
- Leverage AI-powered tools proactively to accelerate development cycles and streamline coding tasks
- Investigate and resolve complex data issues to ensure high data integrity and minimal disruption to critical processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide clear status updates and manage project timelines effectively
- Contribute to the knowledgebase and help evolve development standards to ensure consistency across all data solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2014 or later
- Knowledge of the MSSQL BI Stack including SSRS and SSIS
- Strong SQL capabilities with a focus on stored procedures
- Exposure to GCP, Big Query and Looker
- Familiarity with Gitlab or alternative source control platforms
