Job description
- Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Associate Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Product team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
- As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver onboarding products and transformation initiatives across Oceania.
- Working closely with Product, Technology, Operations and business teams, you’ll turn customer and business needs into practical product solutions. You’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
- This is an opportunity to combine product thinking, business analysis and hands-on delivery, while helping create simpler, more effective onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Research customer, market and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
- Define, prioritise and manage product backlogs in line with customer and business needs.
- Gather and translate requirements into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map processes, uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to business cases, product recommendations, launch activities and adoption.
- Partner across Product, Technology, Operations and the business to deliver product enhancements.
- Support delivery through design, testing, implementation and release.
- Monitor feedback and outcomes to help drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery or a related role.
- Experience working across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through to launch.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to product backlogs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and their application within business or customer-facing processes.
