Job description

• Milton Rents is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking)
• Win new accounts and grow existing relationships
• Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment
• Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field
• Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
• Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• High energy, self-discipline, and a “hunter” mindset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on the road
