• Location: Remote (PST Hours)
• Pay Range: $70-$75/hr. on W2
• This role is critical for driving a significant enterprise transformation initiative focused on simplifying product packaging, pricing, and structuring. You will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring the project stays on track by managing timelines, mitigating risks, and facilitating communication across multiple internal teams and an external consulting partner. Success in this position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the program schedule and milestone tracker.
• Hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
• Identify and proactively address potential misalignments and scope creep.
• Ensure consulting partner deliverables meet project requirements and are leadership-ready.
• Manage the operating cadence, including meeting agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a large-scale consulting engagement, preferably on the client-side, is highly preferred for this role.
