• Duration: 24 Months
• Location: Thousand Oaks CA (Onsite)
• Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Per Hour
• This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining automation systems within a biological manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient and reliable production processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and updating DeltaV systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate process needs into technical solutions, and providing essential on-site support for manufacturing operations. The position requires a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation applications using DCS, HMI, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Translate process requirements into robust automation and engineering designs through collaboration.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues within process control and automation systems.
• Design, test, and implement automated process equipment for new product introductions.
• Contribute to capital projects by applying automation engineering principles for system design and commissioning.

Requirements

• DeltaV Batch Experience
• Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes Knowledge
• Automation Design, Installation, Programming, and Validation Expertise
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of GMP production facility equipment and systems.
