Account Executive at Endex in New York City

• We're looking for someone who wants to sell a product that changes how work actually gets done. Our buyers are skeptical by default and evaluate their own files.
• As an Account Executive at Endex, you'll own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, demos, security review, procurement, negotiation and close. You'll work directly with our product and leadership teams to shape what we build, how we position it and where we take the company next.

Responsibilities

• Own Deals End-to-End: Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build relationships with finance teams, understand their workflows, and show them what's possible with Endex.
• Shape Product Direction: Your background means you know what financial professionals actually need. Translate that into product feedback, feature requests, and roadmap input that keeps us ahead.
• Inform GTM Strategy: Help us figure out which segments to prioritize, how to position against alternatives, and what messaging resonates. You're not just executing a playbook—you're helping write it.
• Build Pipeline Systems: Create and optimize the processes that turn interest into revenue. Partner with marketing to develop content and campaigns that speak to our audience.
• Expand Into New Verticals: Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify and validate new markets for Endex.

Requirements

• Complex enterprise seller. 2-8 years in a complex, technical enterprise sale. You've sold something that required a security review and a procurement cycle.
• Credible with experts: You can walk into a room of analysts, consultants, accountants or operators and hold your own without an SE beside you. You learn a domain fast and speak its language.
• Hungry to sell: You're excited to close deals with the largest firms in the world. You see GTM as a craft worth mastering.
• Strong opinions on the product: You have ideas about what Endex should build and how we should position it. You're not shy about sharing them.
• Relentlessly resourceful. You move fast, leverage your network and figure things out without a playbook.
• Versatile problem-solver: You're intellectually curious, quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges across a wide range of responsibilities.
• Early-stage startup experience
• Existing relationships at target firms
• Strong achievement or recognition in sales performance (High quota attainment, President's Club, etc.)
