• This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise and mid-market software innovations. You will establish a comprehensive release management framework and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launches. The position also involves partnering closely with product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives and measure launch effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive release strategies from pilot to general availability.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Translate product features into clear customer benefits and value propositions.
• Drive internal readiness and enablement for customer-facing teams.
• Define and track key metrics to measure launch success and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading complex product launches.
• Exceptional ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product marketing or go-to-market roles is essential for this position.
