• The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading information technology projects by guiding a cross-functional team to plan and execute tasks that lead to the successful launch of new, enhanced, or derivative IT solutions. They must lead and manage the creation of key project deliverables such as requirements, specifications, test plans, schedules, cost targets to deliver high-quality technology products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor multiple project plans, schedules, resources, issues, risks, and budgets.
• Drive project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Prepare and present status reports for stakeholders and management up to the Executive Level.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental team members to work towards completion of project deliverables and success criteria.
• Great attention to detail, strong organization skills, and proficiency in conflict resolution.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Agile DevOps, MS Project, or similar)
• Project management, agile, or other relevant certifications a plus.
• IT project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
