Head of Marketing (Asia) - THG Nutrition | Myprotein at THG in UK, Manchester

• Sitting within the Myprotein territory structure, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing for Myprotein Asia. This role will be responsible for leading and executing localised marketing strategies across our Asia Territory, driving traffic, enhancing performance, and increasing brand awareness for the Asia websites, marketplaces and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing and brand management within the e-commerce or health and wellness industries.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Managing Director, develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across our Asia territories for Myprotein to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
• Align localised marketing strategies with global brand objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the central marketing teams to oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Working with the central marketing teams drive performance marketing initiatives to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Utilise data analytics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Working closely with the central brand team, strengthen Myprotein's brand presence and reputation in the Asia market through innovative and impactful campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand guidelines and values.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
• Monitor expenditures and analyse financial performance to maintain budgetary control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management within the health and wellness or related industry.
• Experience working across multiple territories in Asia (Japan, Korea, China, South East Asia)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
