- National/Midwest Regional Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA’s national operations team as well as the Midwest Region and its General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Regional / Local
- Prepare and submit wire requests
- Submit invoices through Workday
- Serve as vendor contact for Kansas City
- Coordinating completion of part-time employee spreadsheets for final review and approval from General Manager
- Administer tax withholding prep for review and approval
- Assist General Manager with proforma prep
- Complete Engagement Settlements in multiple cities as needed
- Coordinate settlement memo drafting & distribution
- Data entry and maintenance in proprietary database
- Special projects as needed
