Director, Marketing at T5 Data Centers in Atlanta, Georgia

Job description

• The Director, Marketing will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing of T5’s services and achievements, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with T5’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services
• Establish positioning and identify target audiences
• Develops and deploy comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization
• Develops and manages marketing operating budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups
• Update and maintain T5’s intranet, website, and social media
• Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns
• Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
• Other duties as assigned by T5 management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar OR equivalent experience, required
• 4-7 years’ sales or marketing experience
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
