Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
- Obtain customer authorization before completing additional repairs.
- Communicate repair progress, costs, and completion times to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule.
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service sales goals.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
