• HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Advocate Good Samaritan H&W in Downers Grove, Illinois. This is a regular part-time position with a consistent, long-term schedule, not a seasonal or summer-only role. As the face of the facility, you’ll create a welcoming first impression by greeting and checking in members, answering questions, and connecting them with programs and services that support their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Flu vaccination required.
