- The Regulatory Compliance Support provides administrative and regulatory support for the review, processing, and documentation of compliance violations. Reviews a high volume of complaints, identifying potential regulatory issues, preparing initial recommendations for administrative or non-investigative closure. Drafts accurate case processing documentation in accordance with established procedures, templates, and case resolution guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reviews a high volume of complaints to identify potential violations of the HIPAA Rules and applicable federal civil rights, conscience, and religious freedom regulations.
- Evaluates complaint information and provides initial recommendations regarding appropriate administrative or non-investigative closure, using prewritten templates and established case resolution guidelines.
- Drafts case processing documentation, correspondence, summaries, and related materials in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensures all written documentation is clear, accurate, complete, grammatically correct, and free of spelling errors.
- Applies established case resolution guidelines and administrative procedures consistently when preparing recommendations and documentation.
- Maintains awareness of applicable regulatory requirements, agency procedures, and case processing standards relevant to complaint review and resolution.
- Supports the organization and tracking of complaint-related documentation to ensure timely processing and proper case file maintenance.
- May conduct training sessions for new staff on complaint review procedures, documentation expectations, templates, and case processing workflows.
- Maintains clear, timely, and professional communication with team members and stakeholders through phone calls, email correspondence, and meeting attendance to support collaboration and efficient complaint processing.
- Protects sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with privacy, security, and records management requirements.
- Demonstrates sustained productivity and attention to detail while managing competing deadlines and tasks.
- May be required to work on-site per contract identified work location.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
- Required to work on-site pursuant to the Presidential Memorandum, Return to In-Person Work (Jan. 20, 2025), and at the work location identified in the contract.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint or similar document management systems.
- Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of zero to two (0-2) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
