Job description

• Collins Aerospace is seeking an Production and Warfighter Readiness (PWR) Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) Item Coordinator. As an Item Coordinator, you will work with the Production and Warfighter Readiness (PWR) Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) team in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is a must to support material movement in and out of the Largo Facility to achieve on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• • Manage program hardware parts inventory
• • Handle customer requisitions for RTX hardware parts, including tracking location, quantities, and condition of parts being shipped to and received from end-users
• • Perform regular inventories of on-site parts to ensure quantity and condition alignments
• • Update inventory databases as items move throughout factory and are Work in Progress (WIP)
• • Manage, track, and move parts within an RTX warehouse to both ship and receive hardware items
• • Monitor Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) for ILSS requisitions
• • Customer coordination and status on inventory reportable to Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), the DoD‑wide Accountable Property System of Record used by the Air Force and other military services
• • Up to 10% Travel to include international travel

Requirements

• • Ability to work with multiple databases and provide enhancement inputs to database development team
• • Experience as Material Handler or Logistician
• • Experience in a technology manufacturing environment
• • Familiarity with material management and material movement throughout ownership lifecycle
• • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• • Previous audit/compliance experience
• • Prior experience with SAP based toolsets (e.g. PRISM)
• • Experience on Protected Communication Systems (PCS) Hardware
• • Capable of reading and understanding contractual requirements in Statement of Work (SOW)/Contractual Letters of Direction (LoD)
• • Mission/Quality Assurance, Operations Program Manager, or Factory Based Lead Role (MA/OPM/ManfE)

• The salary range for this role is 41,400 USD - 72,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. • Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
