As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience while supporting our busy restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Assist in pizza preparation and other food service tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs

Requirements
