Job description

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the first Sales Representative (DSM) based in Phoenix. Reporting directly to Jason, Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing customers and driving growth across the region.
• As the local face of the company, you will build strong customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our presence in this strategically important market. Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across West Phoenix/North Arizona region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Partner closely with Jason, Regional Sales Manager, and the broader sales team to maximize growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on territory performance, key accounts, and sales pipeline development.

Requirements

• Sales professional with 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• CRM experience
• Valid driver's license required.
