- Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities
- Identify functional requirements and create user stories
- Test developed stories and ensure application QA
- Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
- Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed
Requirements
- Top Secret Cleared.
- Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Experience with Agile Project Management
- Experience with JIRA Ticketing
- Experience with Manual Testing
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
