TENCU is looking for a friendly, energetic, and solution-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team at our Cookeville branch. You'll be the trusted voice our members rely on, helping them navigate their financial needs while creating positive experiences with every interaction. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service by phone and email
- Assist members with account maintenance and transactions
- Answer questions about products and services
- Process consumer loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Resolve member concerns and strive for first-call resolution
- Build strong relationships through every interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center or financial institution experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive phone presence
- Desire to help others and provide excellent service
