• We are looking for a full-time, experienced Project Manager for our London studio who is a natural relationship builder and confident operational driver. Someone who can anticipate both client and internal creative team needs, build trusted client partnerships, and think proactively not only to keep projects moving forward but also to help guide their success.
• The ideal candidate understands challenges at their core and can collaborate with their team of artists and our internal teams to solve them creatively and efficiently. They know when to act or ask for support, when to raise awareness, and when to be flexible or firm in service of the work.
• As the first Project Management hire in our new London studio, you will help define how we work, how we collaborate, and the standard of creativity we are known for locally.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership
• Responsible for projects from kickoff to final delivery; partnering closely with creative and production leadership, clients, and internal teams
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client connection point for BNS projects, translating client ambitions, project goals and feedback into clear creative direction
• Oversee a range of multidisciplinary project types including; brand strategy, design systems, motion graphics, and production
• Project Management
• Partner with creative directors, designers, strategists, animators, vendors and producers to support a productive and healthy creative process
• Build and manage detailed schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain on time and on budget
• Use our internal tools to maintain accurate cost tracking, forecasts, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each engagement
• Lead meetings with clear agendas, objectives, and actionable outcomes
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs, adjusting plans as required
• Manage scope changes, revisions, and approvals, clearly communicating impacts to internal teams and client
• Maintain a high standard of organization, attention to detail, and quality control across all deliverables

• Foster strong, trust-based client relationships while managing expectations and constraints

• Own staffing and workflow planning for our London team by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders and US talent team
• Inspire and nurture the internal team, keeping everyone motivated and aligned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or producing brand, design and communications projects in a creative studio/agency or in-house brand environment
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary project types and workflows – for brand design, campaigns, motion toolkits, content production, and digital experiences for leading global brands
• Hands on experience working closely with individual members of the creative team
• Proven ability to create trusted client partnerships, manage schedules and budgets responsibly while supporting the creative process
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to craft and execution
• Familiarity with project management tools and production workflows (specific tools are flexible)
