Job description

• We are seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst / Coordinator with a strong IT infrastructure and Windows Server background to support server build and migration activities.
• The successful candidate will assist with data collection and analysis, application mapping, work package documentation, and the scheduling and coordination of server builds and migrations. This role will work closely with Project Services, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to support IT infrastructure migration initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Windows Servers
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple teams
• Must be located in Canada and able to work in Pacific Time (PT)
• Ability to support onsite activities and travel to local deployment sites when required
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security
• Data Centre / IT infrastructure migration experience
• Previous project coordination experience
• MCSE certification or related Microsoft certification
