• The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
• As a Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will be the core engine driving our most critical commercial deals and initiatives (including sales enablement, policy enforcement and ad hoc initiatives). This role demands far more than traditional analytical project management, you are a navigator of complexity and a translator who can bridge high-level commercial incentives with rapid, ground-level business execution.
• You will grow in ambiguity and approach issues with a management-consulting mindset, but with a pragmatic, high-velocity bias for action. You don’t just understand structured problem-solving, you know how to bring people along with you. Whether you are untangling a matrixed web of legal, compliance, and sales interests to push a complex agreements across the finish line, or turning global policy enforcement into an empowering sales enablement narrative, you lead with empathy, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and deep commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted expert for complex commercial deals and incentive programs across GCKR. Masterfully navigate cross-functional metrics (Sales, Legal, SF, etc.) to resolve conflicting priorities and move high-stakes deals forward with high velocity and precision.
• Take highly ambiguous or fragmented business challenges to structured workstreams. Rapidly build scalable execution frameworks for sellers to adopt immediately.
• Design high-impact enablement initiatives. Translate complex mechanics into persuasive "so-what" narratives to align with executives and inspire sellers.
• Identify friction points in the current model by using a combination of data-backed insights and exceptional relationship-building to test the status quo, build consensus, and drive process optimization.
• Oversee program health, risk, and compliance, balancing enforcement with commercial velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, commercial program management, or a strategy and operations environment.
• Experience with data analysis (e.g., SQL, advanced spreadsheets).
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently, to support regional stakeholders.
• Familiar with digital advertising, media agreement structures, or the GCKR ecosystem.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Navigates complex matrices to build trust, bridge cultural/functional silos, and rally teams around common goals. Balances opposing priorities with high emotional maturity and a solution-focused mindset under pressure.
