• ICONIQ is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team, with a focus on the systems, data, and analytical infrastructure that support our financial planning and analysis capabilities. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong financial and analytical skills with technical curiosity and an interest in building scalable processes and tools. As a member of a small, highly visible team, you’ll help support and expand our enterprise planning platform and related data infrastructure, enabling forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and strategic analysis. Following our recent migration to Pigment, the team is continuing to modernize how ICONIQ plans, reports, and measures performance.
• Candidates will be considered at the Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance our enterprise planning platform, including model development, calculations, integrations, data management, user access, and new planning and reporting use cases.
• Build financial reporting, dashboards, models, and analyses that give senior stakeholders greater visibility into resourcing, profitability, cost drivers, and other key business metrics.
• Help manage firmwide time tracking and allocations, maintaining data flows and calculation logic and supporting accurate department- and client-level allocation data.
• Develop and maintain data flows across source systems, our data warehouse, and enterprise planning platform to enable accurate, scalable financial planning and reporting.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting by maintaining planning models, coordinating inputs, analyzing results, and preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, strengthen data quality and controls, streamline workflows, and reduce reliance on offline spreadsheets.
• Explore and apply artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to improve financial reporting, analysis, and data workflows.
• Partner with colleagues across Investment Management, Human Capital, Operations, Technology, and Accounting to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and deliver high-quality planning and reporting solutions with uncommon care.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial systems, business intelligence, data analytics, finance transformation, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate underlying business drivers and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong Structured Query Language skills and experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, charts, and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, or business intelligence systems; experience with Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, Hex, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to understand how systems, data, and financial processes connect, coupled with the technical curiosity to quickly learn new platforms and concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions, offices, and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus; we value people who are curious about using these tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

• Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 together with the benefits listed above.
