• The Partner Advocacy & Lifecycle Program Manager plays a critical role in helping Siemens Digital Industries Software build and scale a structured Partner Advocacy program while improving visibility and consistency across the partner lifecycle.
• Siemens already has advocacy benefits and partner stories in place. This role will help make them programmatic by defining clear eligibility and activation triggers, coordinating how advocacy opportunities are delivered, and scaling execution with Partner Marketing, Zones, and Partner Managers. In parallel, the role will maintain a complete view of the partner lifecycle by mapping key stages, touchpoints, measures, and existing feedback mechanisms to identify friction, redundancies, gaps, and improvement opportunities - and help translate those insights into stronger partner attraction, engagement, and lifecycle experiences.
• You will work closely with partner-facing teams, sales organizations, Partner Marketing, Partner Operations, Enablement, and Digital Partner Experience stakeholders in a global matrixed environment. Success will be measured by your ability to create a repeatable advocacy operating model, surface actionable lifecycle insights, and coordinate improvements through the teams that own each capability.
• This position reports to the Director, Partner Experience, Engagement & Lifecycle within Partner GTM & Programs.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and scaling a structured Partner Advocacy operating model, including eligibility, triggers, nomination and selection, activation, benefits, and governance.
• Coordinating advocacy execution with Partner Marketing, Zones, and Partner Managers, including the creation, maintenance, and amplification of reusable partner stories, profiles, videos, references, and other proof points; and partnering with recruitment teams to apply these assets, audience insights, and lifecycle marketing practices to air-cover and targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Mapping the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including key stages, touchpoints, handoffs, ownership, relevant measures, and existing partner feedback mechanisms; identifying duplication, gaps, friction, and inconsistencies across the journey.
• Combining partner feedback, journey signals, campaign engagement, and business data - including sales, pipeline, training, engagement, and digital usage - to identify and prioritize actionable improvement areas for the relevant capability owners.
• Establishing operating rhythms, reporting, dashboards, and action tracking for advocacy and lifecycle improvement initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and follow-through.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Operations, and partner- or customer-facing teams, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive execution
• Demonstrated experience in partner marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, advocacy, or related GTM roles, with the ability to translate marketing and engagement practices into structured advocacy programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling partner-facing content, campaign messaging and assets, presentations, reports, and business updates.
• Ability to map journeys and processes, connect qualitative and quantitative signals, identify audience and lifecycle opportunities, assess and streamline feedback mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Business acumen and understanding of customer or partner ecosystems, lifecycle engagement, GTM models, and growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Program Management, Partner Programs, Partner Operations, Customer or Partner Experience, GTM Programs, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience with partner advocacy, customer references, case studies, community programs, partner marketing, or similar activation models.
• Experience with journey mapping, audience segmentation, lifecycle or nurture programs, campaign measurement, dashboards, KPI tracking, process improvement, and translating insights into action.
• Experience designing and executing audience-led campaigns, including segmentation, nurture, email, social, and digital activation, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot, Outreach, Power BI, Highspot, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar business productivity tools.
