Welcome Desk Receptionist - PSTC at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI

Job description

• This position acts as the Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) Welcome Desk receptionist; greeting customers and students; answering questions and answering the Public Safety Training Center phone.
• $15.00 per hour.
• Maximum 11.75 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job duties satisfactorily to be qualified for the position. Other duties may be required and assigned.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls to the PSTC.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to external and internal customers.

Requirements

• One year office experience AND
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, OR
• An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required
