- We are seeking a highly adaptable HR Operations professional with strong expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
- Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile, proactive, and capable of multitasking across competing priorities.
- Flexible to support both day and night shifts as business needs require (current role aligned to day shift).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years of Hire to Retire experience in HR Shared services.
- Technical expertise in Workday and Service Now.
- Maintaining and updating Workday and Oracle portfolio of an employee
- Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance to regional laws (depends on region they support )
- Producing standard correspondence to employees & parties involved (Line manager, stakeholder, payroll team etc)
- Demonstrate proactiveness in taking up responsibility and delivering BAU
- Working closely with the SME, team members and build an inspirational journey by contributing towards enhancement ideas and implementation
- Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader
- Experienced in a Shared Services function
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
- Potential to develop as the team grows
