- primary focus on full life cycle recruiting and payroll administration for a growing precast concrete
- manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with production, operations, and leadership
- teams to attract, retain, and support a skilled workforce while ensuring accurate payroll processing
- and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- • Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly production related positions.
- • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment
- strategies.
- • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- • Participate in job fairs, workforce development initiatives, community outreach programs,
- and recruiting events.
- • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- • Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
- • Other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- • Experience with full cycle recruiting and payroll processing.
- • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
