Job description

• As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and helping them choose the Wash N Roll membership that best fits their lifestyle. You’ll work directly with customers at our locations and play an important role in driving membership growth and customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, competitive, and comfortable starting conversations with people throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and create a welcoming experience.
• Educate customers about Wash N Roll membership options, benefits, and promotions.
• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend the appropriate membership.
• Confidently present and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage long-term membership retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
• Work closely with the location team to provide an excellent overall customer experience.
• Represent the Wash N Roll brand professionally at all times.
• Participate in local marketing, promotional events, and community outreach as needed.

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Reliable and dependable.
