Job description

• Powertrain Solutions is a provider of diversified powertrain products and solutions in our three market segments Electric Vehicles (EL), Passenger Cars (PC), and Commercial Vehicles / Off-Road (CV/OR) – from gasoline and diesel injection to electric drives with battery and fuel cell technologies.
• As an Account Manager supporting the Power Solutions division and Ford customer team, you will play a key role in growing and maintaining strategic customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This position will focus on customer acquisition, account management, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by partnering closely with OEM and Tier 1 customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with experience navigating customer relationships, Bosch processes, and data-driven business activities.

Responsibilities

• Execution of sales-related activities to maintain and expand business opportunities
• Primary acquisition focus in the area of Power Solutions division
• Account management tasks to maintain existing business
• Ensure on-going customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• 3+ years of professional work experience in automotive industry (i.e. engineering, project management, or similar).
• Strong change management process background required.
• Self-driven, high energy and proactive with strong motivational skills who can lead teams toward a common goal.
• Individual must have ability to make independent decisions that may be of a complex nature.
• Strong organization skills to efficiently manage varying topics with process driven mind-set.
• Previous experience leading cross-functional teams with ability to quickly build internal networks.
• Strong product and product release process know-how from quotation to SOP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP ECM Future or similar change management software.
