Product Management Director - Protect, Connect and Watch at Rimini Street in Remote United States

• We are actively seeking an experienced Product Management Director to join our team. This remote U.S.–based role will be responsible for Rimini Street’s services for enterprise security, interoperability and monitoring known as Rimini ProtectTM, Rimini ConnectTM and Rimini WatchTM . The position reports to the GVP, Product Management, Optimize Pillar.
• The Product Management Director owns the offer portfolio for security, interoperability and monitoring solutions. This role is accountable for defining, evolving, expanding, and governing these offers to ensure they are clearly packaged, commercially viable, scalable, and consistently delivered across regions and products.
• This is a Services-oriented Product Management role, and these services are sold together with our flagship Support and Managed Services, with a focus on on-premise Oracle and SAP, VMWare and other Rimini supported technologies and environments. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities. The Director title reflects the seniority, experience, and level of strategic influence required for the position. The Director partners closely with the GM of the Rimini products, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to align client needs, market opportunities, and delivery realities into offers to drive growth and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Global Offer Portfolio Management
• Own the lifecycle of offers from definition through launch, adoption, performance measurement, continuous improvement, and retirement. Partner with GM of Products on roadmap and direction.
• Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities using client demand signals, win/loss insights, sales feedback, and delivery experience.
• Develop business cases for new offers or material changes, balancing client value, revenue opportunity, margin impact, and delivery feasibility.
• Go-to-Market Leadership
• Drive go-to-market activities for the Rimini ProtectTM, Rimini ConnectTM and Rimini WatchTM offer portfolio. Drive sales, cross-sell and adoption of services across global Large and Enterprise B2B customers.
• Maintain an outbound Product Management focus by incorporating customer needs, market insights, sales feedback, and competitive dynamics into offer strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure offers are easy to understand, position, and sell.
• Define and track offer performance including bookings, revenue, attach rate, deal cycle time, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Leadership, Collaboration and Governance
• Serve as a central point of accountability for offer decisions across products, regions, and stakeholders, including marketing, sales, finance, deal desk, product and technology.
• Lead complex initiatives through influence without direct authority. Drive alignment through clear governance mechanisms and decision forums.

Requirements

• Required
• 8+ years expertise in enterprise security, vulnerability management, application and database security, security hardening, zero-day mitigation in Oracle and SAP on-premise environments a must. Experience in integration, observability, application and database monitoring a plus.
• Experience with enterprise security tools and processes including but not limited to run-time security, MFA, WAF, IPS, DLP, GRC capabilities, and vulnerability mitigation techniques beyond patch management.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Services Management for global B2B organizations serving Large and Enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and operational rigor, including defining performance metrics and driving measurable improvement.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and create structure where needed.

• The general salary range for this type of role is 170k - 240k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
