Job description

• We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and advance strategic growth opportunities through channel partners, technology alliances, distribution relationships, and cooperative purchasing programs. This role is ideal for a business development professional who enjoys creating new opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and translating market opportunities into long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with reseller, channel, distribution, technology, manufacturer, and industry partners
• Develop and execute strategic account and partnership plans that support revenue growth and long-term engagement
• Identify and evaluate new partnership, channel, co-marketing, co-selling, and product introduction opportunities aligned with company objectives
• Lead strategic discussions with partner leadership and facilitate executive engagement, training strategies, and joint go-to-market activities
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with customer and channel priorities
• Identify and evaluate cooperative purchasing organizations, procurement programs, and contract opportunities
• Partner internally to support pricing strategies, renewals, compliance activities, and bid responses associated with approved purchasing programs
• Monitor industry, market, and competitive developments and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and business development reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, channel sales, business development, or related roles
• Knowledge of Pro AV, education technology, assistive communication, commercial audio, or related industries
• Experience working with cooperative purchasing organizations and government or education procurement programs and contracts
