Job description
- Be the Trusted Partner Behind a High-Performing Executive Team
- We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Utah-based executives. This is more than a calendar-management role. You’ll serve as a trusted partner who keeps priorities moving, anticipates needs, solves problems, and helps our executives operate at their best.
- The right person is highly organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be someone who sees what needs to happen, takes ownership, and gets it done—with professionalism and good judgment.
- Fieldpiece is a privately held, global leader in professional HVACR tools and test instruments. We're known for developing innovative products that technicians rely on every day and for investing in our people, our technology, and our future. Named one of the Best Places to Work in Southern California for four consecutive years, we're looking for talented people who want to make an impact while growing their careers.
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Park City, Utah, with a planned transition to our new Heber City office in 2027. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, working onsite four days per week. Additional in-office days may be required from time to time for onboarding, training, team meetings, project collaboration, or other business needs. Travel is expected to be about 10%.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other executive materials.
- Coordinate board and executive meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
- Track priorities, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Executive Partnership & Projects
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and help executives stay focused on key priorities.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and coordinate special projects and initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with exceptional judgment and discretion.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate vendors, repairs, office services, mail, supplies, and related expenses.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and well-functioning Utah office.
- Coordinate office programs and activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a CEO or other C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple executives, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- A proactive, resourceful approach—you anticipate needs rather than waiting for direction.
- Strong problem-solving and project-management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating independently in situations where the path forward may not always be clearly defined.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Flexibility to occasionally support time-sensitive needs outside normal business hours.
Skills
Required
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive, resourceful approach
- Comfortable operating independently
Benefits
- As a privately held company, we invest for the long term—in our people, our products, and our future. That means we can focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and building lasting careers rather than chasing short-term results.
- Make a meaningful impact with a company where your ideas are heard, your expertise is valued, and your contributions help shape the future of our products and business.
- We believe great work starts with supporting our employees. That's why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to promote your health, financial well-being, work-life balance, and professional growth.
- Competitive base salary with annual bonus opportunity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
- Hire to Retire philosophy - Individual Development Plans for everyone and a commitment to support career development
