• Lead individual projects across our portfolio of innovation, renovation and supply optimization work, growing in complexity over time, applying Diageo's World Class Commercialization (WCC) blueprint to guide execution and our A360 framework to navigate stage gate governance and decisions
• Provide Supply's technical and operational perspective through the product commercialization lifecycle, partnering with Demand, Technical Operations and the broader Supply community to resolve commercialization hurdles as they arise
• Build relationships with our Global Category Team partners worldwide, and grow fluency in our portfolio reporting tools (PowerBI, Smartsheets) to keep your projects visible and on track
• Manage project timelines and resourcing, adapting plans and bringing creative solutions as issues arise
• Deliver your project portfolio against our global commitments, on time, in full, on budget and on quality, from initiation through post-launch
• Identify and manage risks proactively, with clear, actionable mitigation plans for each project
• Ensure technical due diligence at each stage, so decisions at A360 gates are well-supported and sound
• Apply Diageo's WCC methodology and A360 governance rigorously across your portfolio
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our commercialization process and tools as you encounter friction in your own project work

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience across supply disciplines, procurement, manufacturing, technical operations, planning, quality or project management, in a CPG environment
• BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field, with demonstrated knowledge of product commercialization
• Strong business acumen, communication and relationship-building skills
• Practical knowledge of primary package design, liquid development and manufacturing processes
• Comfort working with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Smartsheets)
• SAP experience a plus
• 10% travel required

• PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS: SALARY RANGE IS FROM $67,725 TO $112,875 (ANNUAL)
