Job description

• Your responsibilities will include greeting Members and their guests, answering phones, directing calls and booking lodging and amenities, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Responsibilities

• • Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• • Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• • Oversee inquiries related to spa services and lodging, while operationally managing the actual booking process.
• • Requires knowledge of standard operating procedures for both lodging and spa services, as well as assisting with the wide range of other amenities offered at the Club.
• • Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• • Any other duties, as assigned.
