Job description

• We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thinks about patient acquisition the way a GM thinks about a business. You'll own Hers' growth marketing strategy — from channel investment and budget allocation through to the customer insights and creative ideas that drive it.
• This isn't a campaign execution role. You'll be setting the strategic direction: understanding who our patients are and why they come to Hers, turning that insight into high-performing creative and messaging, and making smart commercial trade-offs to grow efficiently. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams across Sydney and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end — from channel mix and budget allocation through to the messaging hypotheses that drive it
• Use customer research, patient insight, and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost
• Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs — understanding the difference between patients who stay engaged in their treatment and those who don't, and using that to inform acquisition decisions
• Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments
• Partner closely with our creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight — you understand why creative works, not just whether it does
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical to make sure growth is connected to the full patient experience
• Communicate a clear, evidence-based point of view on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with genuine ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes
• You've built a growth strategy from scratch — you know what to prioritise and why, not just how to execute what you're given
• Comfortable moving between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data to form a clear strategic view
• Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever — you can brief it, evaluate it, and iterate in partnership with a creative team
• Commercial instinct: you understand CAC/LTV dynamics and can make budget investment decisions with confidence
• Hands-on experience across paid channels — but you lead with strategy and insight, not platform mechanics
• Strong communicator and natural cross-functional partner — you influence product, analytics, creative, and clinical without needing direct authority
• Thrives setting their own agenda in a fast-moving environment
