• We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!
• Dealership: Berman CDJR Oak Lawn
• Job Title: Service Advisor
• Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off)
• Pay: $100,000+ annually - Commission position
• Experience required – CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
• Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Dealership Service Advisor experience, required
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (2 yr min)
