You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to guide customers through discovery, implementation, and long-term technical success.
• What success looks like
• In your first 3 months you will: Master the Hoxhunt platform architecture, successfully shadow technical discovery and onboarding calls, and begin independently guiding customers through integrations and email authentication setups.
• By month 6 you will: Autonomously own complex technical onboarding and pre-sales solution design for enterprise accounts, acting as the trusted technical advisor for our customers and internal commercial teams.

• You will join a dynamic and highly collaborative US commercial team based out of our Minneapolis hub. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments, guiding customers through API integrations and architecture design
• Own technical onboarding for enterprise customers, developing structured implementation plans aligned with IT and security teams
• Support deployments within Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace while validating configurations for scalability
• Configure and validate secure data exports to customer cloud storage and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical discovery, translating requirements into clear, executable implementation approaches
• Support identity and access management planning (Entra ID, Okta, Ping) and guide secure SCIM provisioning and SAML SSO implementations
• Address advanced customer questions around networking, DNS, authentication, and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing)
• Serve as a product expert for the US team, partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues and build integration guides

Requirements

• What makes you thrive here
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar) supporting enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online and/or Google Workspace in complex environments
• Experience implementing identity and access integrations, including SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern API-based integrations (GraphQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of security and email authentication ecosystems (IAM, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• The ability to own complex, ambiguous technical problems and drive them to resolution in real customer environments
• The ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations that guide customer decisions and influence cross-functional execution

• Compensation: Base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 USD, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $145,000 to $165,000 USD depending on your experience. You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range is grounded in our role leveling and reflects the seniority, scope, and impact expectations required for that specific role and team, and we operate with a low hierarchy.
