• Investment Analyst （ Beijing Based ）
• You will work within the Schroders China Investment Team. This role includes:
• 1) Perform due diligence and executing investments, as well as conducting portfolio analysis, monitoring and detailed industry research
• 2) Work closely with the team and analyse, assess and make investment recommendations
• 3) Support business development and investor relations activities

Responsibilities

• 1) Under the coaching of senior team members, through both desktop research and onsite visits, provide reliable and fact-based research
• 2) Data master of frontend analysis and facilitator of investment decision process
• 3) A key team member of post investment management practice
• 主要职责：
• 在资深团队成员的指导下，通过案头调研及实地走访，完成可靠、基于事实的研究；
• 作为前端分析的数据负责人，协助推动投资决策流程；
• 成为投后管理实践中的关键团队成员。

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IBD), or a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
