Responsibilities
- 负责技术文档的整理、编辑与排版，包括说明书、报告、流程文件及标准文档等。
- 将工程及技术资料进行结构化梳理，提升文档的可读性和专业性。
- 支持中英文技术文档的翻译、校对及优化，确保语言准确、表达清晰。
- 与研发、产品及质量团队沟通，理解技术内容并转化为高质量文档输出。
- 协助建立和维护文档模板及标准，推动公司文档规范化。
- 根据需要完成团队分配的其他支持性任务。
Requirements
- 硕士在读，专业不限（理工科、英语、设计或传播类专业优先）。
- 英语读写能力强，能够熟练阅读、理解并撰写英文技术文档（关键要求）。
- 具备良好的文字表达能力，逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息整理能力。
- 熟练使用办公软件（Microsoft Office，尤其是 Word、PowerPoint），具备较强排版能力。
- 熟悉或愿意学习AI辅助工具（如 ChatGPT 等）以提升文档处理效率。
- 细心负责，具备较强的执行力，能够高效处理多任务。
- 有技术文档处理、翻译或内容设计相关经验者优先。
