• We're expanding our team and have 2 new weekday evening openings (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and full-time weekend opportunities (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling services
• Schedule appointments and consultations for our sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Previous call center experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
