Responsibilities
- Proven practical experience in LV and HV electrical works
- Experience with HV systems, including 11kV, 33kV and/or 132kV networks
- Knowledge of substations, transformers, switchgear, cabling, protection systems and associated electrical plant
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding
Requirements
- Relevant electrical qualifications and industry accreditations
- AP/SAP authorization under DNO, IDNO or equivalent safety rules is highly desirable
- ECS/CSCS card and 18th Edition qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, permit-to-work and isolation procedures
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites
