• We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud. This role is responsible for conducting technical design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable technical architecture, and delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations. You will oversee custom development, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Working closely with clients and stakeholders in a hybrid environment, you will provide technical leadership, guide development teams through code reviews, and make informed design decisions that balance business needs, scalability, and long-term platform success.
• Salesforce Technical Architect (Financial Services Cloud)

Responsibilities

• ● Be responsible for technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
• ● Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations
• ● Working with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear requirements and a development strategy for each engagement at their office in Alpharetta in a hybrid model
• ● Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• ● Follow coding standards and lead in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
• ● Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions

Requirements

• ● 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• ● 3+ years in a technical leadership position
• ● In-depth knowledge of Financial Services Cloud with hands-on experience from a recent project
• ● Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems
• ● Strong presentation and communication skills
• ● Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript preferred; experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services is a plus.
• ● Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices
• ● Experience with both Classic and Lightning
• ● A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting
