Product Marketing Manager, Specialist at Vanguard in Malvern, PA

Responsibilities

• 1. Independently initiates and / or leads product marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
• 2. Develops, implements, and monitors product marketing plans. Contributes expertise to major marketing deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• 3. Ensures product marketing plans are aligned with the overall department strategy. Assists with defining the appropriate success and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drafts in-depth reviews. Monitors and analyzes product and marketplace trends, client needs, and competitive offerings across applicable markets.
• 4. Proactively communicates status and issues of marketing activity regularly to stakeholders, including sales professionals, business leaders, team members, and senior managers.
• 5. Builds and maintains effective relationships with various parties including sales professionals, business leads, product teams, and key decision makers. Proactively fosters communication between stakeholders.
• 6. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks on marketing activities.
• 7. Educates the marketing team on the features, benefits, and associated messaging for all products and ensures these are consistently applied across all channels.
• 8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• 9. Supporting fixed income product and the fixed income enterprise operating priority.

Requirements

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
