As an Operations Assistant, you'll support daily warehouse and logistics activities by: Processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reports Reviewing and verifying completed sales orders for timely processing
Responsibilities
- As an Operations Assistant, you'll support daily warehouse and logistics activities by:
- Processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reports
- Reviewing and verifying completed sales orders for timely processing
- Coordinating outbound shipments and assisting with transportation scheduling
- Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, including bills of lading, manifests, and packing lists
- Scheduling inbound delivery appointments with carriers and vendors
- Assisting with inventory verification and record accuracy
- Scanning, organizing, and maintaining electronic Material Test Reports (MTRs)
- Supporting operational efficiency through accurate data entry and administrative coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong data entry, organizational, and math skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support team success
