• Bet-David Consulting (BDC) is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to own and execute social content supporting our sales consultancy.
• This is not a role for someone who simply manages a content calendar. We are looking for someone who creates momentum.
• You will work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and business leaders to identify stories, trends, customer pain points, sales opportunities, and market conversations that can become compelling social content.
• You will be expected to ideate, create, and execute 2–3 pieces of original social content every day. That means moving quickly from concept to execution without sacrificing quality, relevance, or brand standards.
• You should bring the creative instincts of a content creator, the discipline of a project manager, and the commercial thinking of someone who understands how businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the Social Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy specifically designed to expand the reach, authority, and commercial impact of Bet-David Consulting.
• Create Every Day: Ideate, develop, and execute 2–3 pieces of social content daily, turning business insights, sales conversations, market developments, events, customer stories, and emerging trends into relevant content.
• Support Sales: Work directly with sales leadership to understand priorities, customer objections, products, offers, events, and opportunities. Translate those insights into content that supports awareness, lead generation, and sales conversations.
• Spot What’s Next: Stay relentlessly curious about emerging platforms, formats, creators, cultural conversations, competitors, and changes in audience behavior. Identify opportunities before they become obvious.
• Build an Audience: Grow an engaged social following through compelling content, consistent execution, experimentation, and a deep understanding of what motivates entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Own the Content Calendar: Build and manage an aggressive content calendar that balances planned campaigns with the flexibility to capitalize on real-time opportunities.
• Manage Projects: Take ideas from concept through completion. Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, creative resources, approvals, publishing, and follow-up while keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, marketing, video, design, events, and leadership to develop content that is timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
• Engage the Community: Participate in conversations with followers, customers, prospects, industry leaders, creators, and influencers to strengthen the BDC network and brand.
• Experiment and Optimize: Test new formats, hooks, platforms, messaging, and creative approaches. Use performance data to understand what is working, what is not, and what we should try next.
• Measure Business Impact: Establish KPIs and regularly analyze reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, leads, conversions, and other indicators that connect social activity to business outcomes.
• Protect the Brand: Ensure content reflects established brand standards, voice, positioning, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• You have built something before. Maybe you grew a company account. Maybe you helped an executive become a recognized voice. Maybe you built your own following. Whatever the story, you can show us how you took an audience from one level to another and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
• Proven experience managing and growing a social media audience
• A portfolio or track record demonstrating measurable audience growth and successful content
• Strong business judgment and an understanding of sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Experience supporting a sales organization, consulting business, entrepreneur, or executive brand preferred
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
• Ability to develop content ideas quickly and consistently
• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills
• Understanding of social analytics, audience behavior, SEO, traffic metrics, and platform KPIs
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and move from idea to execution quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and commercial teams
• Curiosity about business, entrepreneurship, sales, technology, media, and culture
• The confidence to challenge stale ideas and propose something better
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
