• Senior Inside Sales, Account Managers are responsible for forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including realtors. In addition to the core responsibilities of the Inside Sales, Account Manager role, this position serves as an experienced team resource once fully trained and proficient in the role.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:
• Conduct engaging training sessions via Teams to educate new MH (Manufactured Housing) partners on the autoMHatic financial approach, using the Partner Deck presentation.
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with referral sources among partners to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to partner sales offices via email and/or third-party shipping service, ensuring timely delivery, accurate fulfillment, and effective support of partner sales efforts.
• Manage inbound phone inquiries from manufactured home partners, providing detailed information about partnering opportunities with autoMHatic Financial.
• Maintain current knowledge of dynamic lending programs, underwriting guidelines, and loan products offered by the company to effectively advise partners and potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for Territory Managers to meet with partners in the field when deemed necessary, ensuring efficient coordination and maximizing outreach efforts.
• Once fully trained and proficient in the role, serve as a go-to resource for new Inside Sales hires, helping answer day-to-day questions, reinforce processes, and support successful onboarding and integration into the team.
• Serve as a buddy and peer resource for new hires, providing practical guidance, sharing best practices, and helping team members navigate established workflows and expectations.
• Support Sales leadership with team projects, workflow initiatives, process improvements, and other assignments that benefit from experienced Inside Sales knowledge and perspective.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, preferably within the real estate or housing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry trends, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• A thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs.
• Experience with data entry and database management systems.
• Maintain licensure based on state and federal law.
• Must be a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, account management, or business development
• Call center environment preferred
