• LG Ad Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, Measurement & Reporting to drive complex, cross-functional products across our advertising data and measurement ecosystem.
• This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and commercial teams, with a particular focus on the systems and workflows that enable campaign reporting, advertising measurement and attribution, audience targeting, and customer segmentation.
• You will be responsible for turning complex business and technical initiatives into tangible products, establishing clear requirements and dependencies, driving delivery across multiple teams, and ensuring that solutions move successfully from planning through production and adoption.
• The ideal candidate understands how data moves through modern advertising platforms and can operate comfortably with both technical and business stakeholders. You do not need to be a software engineer or data engineer, but you should be technically fluent enough to work directly with Engineering and Data teams, interrogate data using SQL and analytics platforms such as Databricks, understand system and data dependencies, and identify risks before they become delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic products across campaign reporting, measurement, attribution, audience targeting, and segmentation.
• Translate business and product objectives into executable program plans, including scope, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, and other partner teams from initial planning through production rollout and adoption.
• Establish product operating rhythms, including planning, prioritization, status reporting, dependency management, release readiness, and escalation.
• Identify execution risks and cross-team dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
• Manage multiple interconnected workstreams while maintaining clarity around sequencing, ownership, and critical path.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or a related role delivering complex technology or data programs.
• Experience delivering cross-functional products involving reporting, analytics, measurement, advertising data, audience data, or other large-scale data products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices, including requirements definition, sprint/release planning, dependency management, and production rollout.
• Strong data fluency, including practical experience using SQL to investigate and understand datasets.
• Experience working with modern data and analytics platforms; experience with Databricks or similar environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Proven knowledge of coding languages (i.e. Python, SQL) and cloud platforms (particularly AWS).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and execution rigor

• Tier 2* (all other U.S. Locations outside of Tier 1)$135,000 – $175,000/year
