- Join a growing South Australian practice and have a genuine hand in shaping what comes next.
- Altis is growing in South Australia, and we're looking for a Managing Consultant who wants more than a delivery role.
- You'll work with clients to solve complex data problems, lead modern data and analytics solutions and help build the capability, reputation and client relationships of our Adelaide team.
- This role combines technical delivery, consulting and leadership. You'll remain close to the work while having the opportunity to influence how our South Australian practice develops.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Data & Analytics engagements.
- Design and deliver modern data platforms and engineering solutions.
- Work across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and broader cloud ecosystems.
- Turn complex client challenges into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor consultants.
- Provide trusted technical and advisory support to clients.
- Contribute to solution shaping, proposals and new opportunities.
- Help develop Altis' presence and capability in the South Australian market.
Requirements
- We're looking for someone with strong Data & Analytics foundations and experience working directly with clients.
- Data engineering, analytics engineering or data architecture
- Snowflake, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Modern ELT/data integration patterns
- Data modelling and data quality
- Cloud data platforms
- Technical delivery leadership
- Consulting or advisory environments
- Just as importantly, you'll be commercially curious, collaborative and comfortable having constructive conversations with clients about what will actually deliver value.
